Most leased blocks can be provisioned within 3–7 business days after contract signing and payment. We prepare the LOA (Letter of Authorisation) for your upstream ISP/data centre to begin BGP announcement. Urgent requests can often be accommodated faster — contact us.

Yes, with Ogma's knowledge and subject to your specific lease agreement. This is common for ISPs and hosting providers who lease a larger block (e.g., /22) and allocate /24s or /25s to their own customers. We provide the necessary documentation to support this arrangement.

If the blacklisting is due to Ogma's management or prior history (not your usage), we replace the block at no cost. If blacklisting occurs due to your usage, we work with you on delisting, and reserve the right to suspend the lease if abuse continues. All lease agreements include clear acceptable-use policies.
