Dell EOSL Hardware We Cover

Legacy Dell platforms that Dell no longer supports — Ogma maintains them with certified engineers and in-stock parts.

PowerEdge 11G & 12G

R710/R720/R720xd/R730/R730xd — 11th and 12th generation PowerEdge servers that Dell has ended ProSupport for. Heavily deployed in Indian enterprises; Ogma maintains spare parts inventory for these platforms.

PowerEdge 13G (Approaching EOSL)

R630/R730/R930 and M-series 13G blades — some configurations approaching or at end of ProSupport availability. Ogma's AMC provides continuity as Dell withdraws OEM contracts.

EqualLogic PS Series

EqualLogic PS4100/PS6100/PS6210 iSCSI SAN arrays — Dell has ended support for this product line. Ogma provides continued hardware maintenance with warehoused EqualLogic spare parts.

Compellent / Dell EMC SC Series

Legacy Compellent SC4020/SC5020/SC8000 arrays (rebranded Dell EMC SC Series) — drive enclosures, controller swaps, cache cards, and SFP transceiver replacements.

PowerVault Legacy (MD Series)

PowerVault MD1000/MD3000/MD3200/MD3400 legacy DAS/SAN enclosures — drive bays, EMM modules, and SFP ports maintained post-warranty.

Dell VRTX & Legacy Blade

Dell VRTX converged infrastructure and older PowerEdge M-series blade chassis (M1000e) — chassis, CMC modules, I/O aggregator modules, and blade server components.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — Dell PowerEdge 12G (R720, R730, etc.) are among our most frequently covered EOSL platforms. We maintain spare parts including PERC H710/H730 RAID cards, DIMM modules, SSDs, HDDs, PSUs, and fans. iDRAC 7/8-based remote monitoring is fully integrated into our NOC.

Correct — Dell has fully discontinued EqualLogic. Ogma warehouses EqualLogic PS-series spare parts including drive modules, controller arrays, PSUs, and EMM boards. We advise customers on the parts availability horizon for their specific model and recommend migration planning to PowerStore or PowerVault ME5 when parts stocks begin to deplete.

No — Ogma's EOSL support is hardware break-fix only. For EOSL hardware, we advise freezing firmware at the last stable Dell-certified version and documenting this configuration. Software updates and iDRAC firmware for end-of-life hardware are not available from Dell and should not be applied from unofficial sources.

All drives replaced on customer sites remain with the customer for secure disposal or are wiped to DoD 5220.22-M standard on-site if the customer requests it. Ogma engineers do not take failed drives off-site without explicit customer authorisation and a signed chain-of-custody document.

Yes — Ogma can provide migration planning from EqualLogic or Compellent to current Dell PowerStore or PowerVault platforms. This includes capacity right-sizing, LUN migration planning, and downtime window scheduling. We can manage the migration as a project or hand off a detailed plan for your internal team.
